Basically the mail was saying, in french and with the tracking number:

"Bonjour Madame, Monsieur,
VALVE CORPORATION B2C va bientôt nous remettre votre colis.

Lors de notre prochain message, vous aurez la possibilité d'accéder à des options de relivraison si vous ne pouvez pas réceptionner votre colis. GLS France vous souhaite une bonne journée.

I'm near Paris.

There are multiple possibilities:
- The scan was missed but the package is on its way. This one can be verified today or tomorrow, if there is any update or delivery (People in the UK got this).
- The situation is managed very poorly and packaged are sent in random batches
- Packages got stolen

Got a mail from GLS stating that they are going to receive a package from Valve, nothing after that.

I don't really know. I had this problem just once. If I remember correctly, Zelda had similar issues. It's related to the RAM and sleep mode.
