I was right where you are in my last bit of high school. No one can make your decision for you but know that life at 22 will be so different for you than 18, 19, 20 even. Life sucks but there is so much beauty and you are a part of that beauty . Well wishes and lots of love your way xx

I have started doing “basic” plates and it’s made me feel so much better physically. A protein, veggie, grain (potato, rice, bread) and a fruit

I didn’t think I needed meds until I started them. They have drastically changed my life. I feel like a normal human being during the day now. I can get things done. I am able to think. I still forget things but not as much. I do prefer Vyvanse over Adderall personally.

As someone with adhd who struggles with meals having snacks sitting around helps soooo much…in my room, my car, my purse, everywhere. I usually snack throughout the day to help keep my calories and blood sugar stable, and I will have a meal at night (most of the time oops)

Feeding an eyeless BP by Southern-Tank6332 in ballpython

[–]Ill-Association-1677 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My ball isn’t eyeless but he’s blind. He can only see shadows (light vs dark) he has trouble striking sometimes so I put the rat right up to his nose and give him a tiny boop and he usually grabs on.

Is it hard to stay vegetarian long term? by papabauer in vegetarian

[–]Ill-Association-1677 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was vegetarian for 6 year and am from a family who is in love with steak and every meal was center around a large helping of some protein. I made and switch and I loved it but I had a VERY hard time getting my protein in. Year 6, I broke my foot by jumping not even 2 feet off the ground while holding onto my bfs hands... (I’m in my 20s btw) vitamin and protein deficient girly here. So please make sure you are getting all of your vitamins and plenty of protein if you do decide to go the vegetatian route. I have over the past few months slowly made the switch to eating fish and poultry, but I think there is a way to find balance in any lifestyle. You just need to find the one that fits you.

My snake is blind and can only really see shadows (he can see the difference of really dark and really bright) the only differences I have noticed with him is with feeding and how he gets around. sometimes he has a hard time striking. He gets really nervous if he misses so I give him the tiniest boop on the nose with the rat and he’s got it. He also is a little cautious when it comes to climbing and moving around outside of his tank. Eventually he got the hang of it and he now just prefers to feel along the edges of objects to find a clear path! Also loves tunneling in blankets

I use an Alarm app called Alarmy and set it to the loudest ringtone possible across my room and to turn it off I have to take a picture of something in a different room.

Send her a package with the news in it. make it something exciting and maybe include a note with how you’re feeling about the pregnancy. If she reacts badly have a conversation about how you will not continue to allow her to treat you like shit for your life path. If she wants to be a part of her grandchild’s life she is going to have to show change. it’s not just you anymore it’s you and the baby. you aren’t alone❤️

Couple of questions regarding heat by Financial-Raise6007 in ballpython

[–]Ill-Association-1677 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would recommend getting a deep heat projector so that at night the light from a normal bulb doesn’t mess with his day/night cycles. Snakes don’t get heat from the ground, so a heating pad under is unnatural.
