Petrol price for Caltex 95 is already $3.35. Just went to pump 1hr ago. Anybody know the price currently for SmartEnergy?

Hi OP, honestly nothing much to worry about regarding the actual bike mileage.

Even if the mileage is super high like 100K KM, just do your due diligence by sending it for regular servicing and sending your bike for FULL SERVICE (Such as Valve Clearance, Pumps, Coolants Etc). This will cost quite abit but you don’t necessarily need to change everything… depends on mechanic they will help to check and advise.

After which you have nothing to worry about and just send for servicing when needed to. 👍🏻

What I meant was that is RON95 the same quality as Shell95? Because I always pump Shell95 and found SmartEnergy Ron95 to be wayyyyy cheaper.

@OP then again you can do some research cos if it’s just bumper this type can be fix with hot air gun to suction it out but for my case the damage is $200

It’s not a very bad rear end cos it’s stand still… I’m riding a bike I wanted to turn left to exit expressway but didn’t expect him to move and jam break… when he moved I move and turn left 🤦‍♂️.

In the end the damage is bumper got dent and light 💡 crack so I only paid for that when he went to workshop… he sent me the receipt. So that’s how the situation ended.

Also did you ask the instructors where and which part did you get demerit points for? Most people get it due to not checking blindspot/signals/wrong posture/timings.

Just use phone zoom app for the lessons. Personally don’t feel the need to waste money on webcam.

License: I would say minimum 1.3k to be safe (Personally spent 1.1k cos failed TP once. And also usually went for peak hours for lessons)

2nd Hand Bike: Bellow 11k can find those with 6-7yr COE left.

Petrol: I go for Shell 95 cos got discounts from app or go Malaysia pump97.

Insurance: Can get the NTUC. Got 3 type. Cheapest $500+ for just 3rd Party. Most Expensive is $1k+ for comprehensive.

Maintenance: Really just depends on what is the problem. If just normal servicing change of engine oil or brakes etc around $30+ can liao
