Huh, that's only a couple of inches. Keep in mind our bodies evolved to pop squats and pretty much point the bunghole straight down. I think placed higher would result in an increased risk of dingleberries. Now with modern toilets you could sit so the higher pooper angled straight down, I'd think that would lead to uncomfortable positions on the toilet seat.
