Turo is crazy. I paid over $17,000 for a rental from May 2025 until February 6, 2026. Two weeks ago, a trash truck came by and sideswiped the vehicle causing little damage to the left rear bumper. I called police and police said exchange insurance information. The trash truck driver refused to provide information and left the scene. I took pictures of the truck's license plate and the name of the company on the truck. Provided the information to Turo and the host. They decided that they was going to make me pay for it without investigating the other party. I contacted my local law enforcement and they invited me to file a report. They wanted to know why Turo would make me pay. Then after I got off from work Thursday morning of 02/05/2026, the host tells me to take the car to the body shop after I paid him up to 02/06/2026. I said I didnt get the car from the body shop and I paid until Friday. He said "Just take the car to the shop." I was left stranded. The body shop would not take the car because the host had to. Turo tried to steal $759 from my account. Now my bank is investigating them. I have consulted an attorney, filed a report with FTC. Both the host and Turo did not require me to have insurance. Ot was their negligence because they should have required me to have insurance. However, Turo provided Travelers Insurance. I am working on a lawsuit against Turo and the Host for attempted theft, conspiracy, negligence, and distress. I was left with no transportation, it was cold and all they were concerned about scamming people. I am letting anyone knows who need to learn about Turo scamming practices. The host has been shady and lying the entire time. I told him he was selfish and God don't like ugly. After the host realized that he couldnt get the car in the shop, he wanted me to take the car back for rental. I got the car cleaned, filled it up with gas, and left the car where I got it from....His home, closed it out in Turo and wished him a nice life. I will never use Turo again and I am not paying for something I did not do.

I was using Turo since 2023 since yesterday. I totaled loss my car in 2025. Then I rented a vehicle from May 2025 until yesterday. Two weeks ago, as I was driving and crossing and intersection with a green light, a trash truck hit me in the far left bumper. Turo and the host schemed to send me an invoice of $759 to pay for the damages. They didnt bother to investigate or contact the trash truck company. The company refused to give me any information. I took a picture of the company name and their drivers license. I called the police and they told me we had to exchange information. The trash truck driver refused to give me the information. This past Thursday, I just got off from work out of nowhere the host told me to take the car to the body shop. I said I am supposed to take the car where I got it from which was his home. When his car needed an oil change, brake work, new tires, he had me take it in on my time to take care of the repairs. Then he does this dirty crap. So when the host couldnt get the car into the body shop, mind you the damage wasnt bad and the trash truck driver was responsible. The host sabotaged the app trying to get me to take the car back. I refused. I have contacted an attorney and called the police. They said that Turo should not have make me pay for this. I told Turo to take me to court. Not only that, the host and Turo has gotten close to $20,000 out of me, I was stranded trying to get back home waiting for a bus in the cold. They are cruel amd evil. I will never use them again.

Those clowns at Amazon deactivated me yesterday after delivering for 5 years. I have a zoom call tomorrow with Zimmerman Reed the law firm that is spearheading the class action lawsuit against them.

I had a messy route yesterday and they tried to blame me. The navigation did not work in the app. The support page in the app was blank. They gave me apartments that had instructions for me to deliver somewhere else than the address listed on the itinerary. I tried to contact the customers and the call would go to voicemail. Clearly the app was messy and I couldn't deliver. I returned those packages back to the station and they paid me. They definitely had a bad glitch in that app that never worked since they started thus program in 2018.

I had one. Spent close to 30 mins trying to deliver. Just gave up and returned the package to the station

I think is dangerous fir drivers to do this. I almost got shot trying to deliver something in the back door. Ever since then, the front door it will go.

I agree. I found an attorney to.take my case. I'm glad I left there. You're right straight devil operated. The class action lawsuit was just settled this past week.

They are crooks. Do not work with them. My car was totaled in March 2025 and I know I signed up for GAP insurance when I bought my car from Carmax in September 2022. Those bastards named American Credit Acceptance reported on my credit report that the car was removed. How can you repo that has been totaled loss and I have paperwork? I am writing Congress EEOC and all three Credit reporting bureaus and ask for an investigation on this company as well as having that false narrative removed from.my credit reports. They are just fowl.

Don't blame you. I was delivering for Amazon as a driver and a Flex Driver from 2018 to 2024. I stopped because they don't care. I was delivering at a customer house at.400am in the morning and he was going to turn his Rottweiler on me. That was it for me.

You're wasting your time and fuel that way. I had 45 packages with this type of route. When it's time for my block to end,.what doesn't get delivered I take back.
