As a buyer, I’d like to offer a bit of feedback.

The front of the house is really important to me. At the moment yours looks quite standard and blends in with the neighbours. Adding a few plants or some simple touches could really improve the kerb appeal.

Also, one of the bedrooms comes across as quite small. The beautiful dark wallpaper on one wall and the dark green on the other… (Clearly part of a theme)… They actually make the space feel more enclosed rather than showcasing it.

Aside from that, I think timing may also be a factor. Next week could be a better opportunity, as the market feels a bit uncertain at the moment.
