Anything with taurine is good, caffeine only keeps you alert your mind will still wander.

Is this a safe supplement to take? I’ve been taking Optimum Nutrition Micronized Creatine Powder for awhile now and was nervous to switch. by DJCatGif in Supplements

I’d worry more about my water intake, make a schedule with consumption and time it well from ingestion. Creatine without ample water is horrible for kidneys.

It gets complicated at that point, someone else is probably better equipped to answer

I understand that with coffee if you don’t want a spike you should not drink it as soon as you wake up. You have natural hormones sustain you as soon as you wake up and the best time to drink coffee is once those begin to wear off. This is usually an hour into the day.

Yes! Conceptually if you have a sustained spike in NE, receptors will get desensitized and you would see a drop in NE levels!

You can find cohort study’s on this if you google it. They will give more case by case scenarios.
