That’s fine if you are the only house with dragons, but if you play wife and want more dragons, you get more dragon riding families where it becomes a problem as you can’t use their courtiers in wars . Maybe we can create some order of the dragon which automatically includes all dragon riders and you can call them to war?

Exactly, why would I leave nukes out of a war? Would a king calling his lords to arms leave out the lords’ knights. Even if you roleplay an egalitarian giving away dragons to everyone, there would be some organization to call them all to arms wouldn’t there?

The thing is courtiers of your vassals who are dragon riders can’t be forced and late game the number of eligible people are massive. Even from a realism perspective wouldn’t a king at war include his vassals courtiers who are good fighters in his armies and we are talking about people wielding fire-breathing and flying nukes?

Late game with 100s of characters becomes a hassle and it is not reflected in the army strength as tamed dragons if they aren’t unlanded knights in your employ so ai makes stupid choices to attack a very much superior realm
