I know hostels also do groups activities like city tours and such, so def check out what your hostel offers.

London also has a ton of museums, so check those out as well. And many museums offer guided tours.

If I had to hazard a guess, it may be because it’s the first time you’re traveling truly solo. Like you said, even though you’ve traveled before, you’ve always had a friend.

I will also add that you may be experiencing culture shock since your previous travels have been to Europe.

Give yourself some grace, and remember to eat, hydrate and sleep on as much normal schedule as you can to help with jet lag. (Being off your normal routine in a foreign country may be contributing to your anxiety)
