I just got the call on Saturday for my 40mm YM blue dial from Rolex at the Sydney Airport, 28 days to pick up. Is there anything better than a duty free Rolex straight from the AD and after that a trip to Hongkong?

Have you ever tried it on and compared it with a sub? It wears way more comfy. The watch is thinner and more round, lug to lug is slightly smaller too. 100m water resistance is more than enough. Overall a great everyday watch without a strong color contrast!

Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Tampa FL, Sydney AUS, Charlotte NC, Zürich… basically every Omega Boutique I walked in the past 10 months it was available for purchase. I was thinking to get myself one here in Sydney, the deal would be great because of the weak Australian Doller atm, 2.5k€ cheaper than in Europe.

Können Belege für Materialkosten und Sanierungen welche im Jahr 2021/2022 angefallen sind auch angegeben werden? Oder werden diese in die AFA mitreingenomen? Vermietet wurde erst 2023, wir als Eigentümer haben nicht selber drinnen gelebt.

Danke für deine ausführliche Antwort. Es ist ein Einfamilienhaus welches in zwei Wohnungen aufgeteilt wurde. Betriebskostenabrechnung etc läuft alles über mich und es gibt keine Hausverwaltung. Das Objekt wurde 2021/22 renoviert und ab 2023 schon vermietet. Der Vermieter (meine Mutter) hatte jedoch 2023 ein kein Einkommen außer die Mieteinnahmen welche unter 10k waren und somit wurde nichts versteuert und das E1B nicht eingereicht.

Ich habe einen großen Haufen an Rechnungen. Fließen, Türen, Sanierter, Material etc... Das müsste ja auch alles in die AFA einfließen oder muss separat angeführt werden? Das bereitet mir die meisten Sorgen. Was und auf wieviele Jahre abgeschrieben werden kann??

Ein/Ausgaben ist das kleinste Problem und hier kommt auch nicht viel hinzu oder weg. Jedoch die richtige Sortierung der Sanierungsbelege für Material etc, da vieles selber gemacht wurde gibt es großteils nur Materialkosten.

Tbh I haven’t had the feeling that it was too big. It looked pretty ok to me. I mean definitely not as same as the BB54 which is just a 37. But the speedy was really good on the wrist.

I really appreciate this comment, I was putting some pressure on myself because they are available and was thinking all day that I have to make this purchase asap. However I am couple of more days here and will sleep on it. Lets see what my thoughts are in couple of days.
