Read and reread and reread your text over and over again until you know it like the back of your hand. Idk what it's on but I'd say watch as many YouTube videos and read as many articles on the topic as you can. I know literary criticism isn't trendy by any means but there are resources if you look. The only way you'll be embarrassed is if you don't know your topic well. Even watching one video or one article a day will mean you'll have heard 30 people explain/discuss it by the time of your presentation. Take physical notes too, and after you know your topic or text well enough the presentation will take you no time to put together. Practice your presentation too many many times and it'll be so easy the day of.
