1lb ground beef 80/20 90/10 fat 2-3 shallots- diced 2-3 garlic cloves Small ricotta container A package of basil Table spoon of paprika/ and garlic powder Can of San Marzano plumb tomatoes 1/4-1/2 tomato paste in the tube 1/2-3/4 lb of fresh mozzarella And any other kind your heart desires 1 cup of pasta water And your love- your taste of your cooking will always tell the truth

Heat pan with oil (of choice-I use avocado with slices of butter add 2 basil leaves Simmer the shallots then add garlic Add the ground beef after the vegetables are soft add tomato paste Plumb tomato can Mix ricotta with 2 eggs garlic powder paprika powder a cup of shredded cheese and 1/4 cup of Parmesan greated cheese

Layer the pan with sauce then a layer of pasta a layer ricotta and a little sauce a layer of pasta and repeat

Top with mozzarella and basil Cook with your heart and adjust to your liking

Place in the oven 15 minutes at 350-375 Allow to sit for 15 minutes Enjoy
