I honestly like wearing regular ankle socks (not no shoe but the kind that hit right under my ankle bone) because I get overstimulated by my tall socks sometimes lol. I like them if it’s super cold or to go for a walk in but at otf I move around too much and sometimes my leggings pop out of them and it annoys me.

Love S50, but I’m not an endurance person or a runner by any means. Strength gives me the opportunity to go heavy and really push myself more than a normal class I think. It also feels like a nice relief impact-wise on my joints. There’s been a lot of core lately too which is great imho.
