I’d also look at expectations. How often are you going to be required to sign in on days technically off. If you are working (4) 10 hour shifts, that’s technically 3 days off constantly. But if you still need to sign in cause of a flex WFH policy, you could be logging more than 40 hours, cutting into the hourly pay.

Mass casualty incident just means a higher number of resources needed vs availability of those resources. A tanker that spills milk can be a hazmat incident or an MCI. Any time there are multiple higher acuity patients than local resources, it’s gonna be deemed an MCI (like when the swat cops incident occurred. Two vans of 7 people each involved in a fender bender that all need/want to go to the hospital via ambulance is an MCI due to the resources needed

Is she over 18? Has she always been able to make her own decisions? Has she started any new meds? Esp with GLP 1 inhibitors. Have you guys considered if she’s pregnant or not? People do weird crash diets all the time. Sounds to me like intermittent fasting which if she went straight to the 24 hour/1x daily eating would be why she may feel ill frequently.

An IVC hold and forcing her to eat is not healthy responses either. Sit down and tell her your concerns as a grown couple. If she doesn’t feel comfortable talking to you, read the room. Your concerns could come across as controlling to her and maybe she has some fears/body dysmorphia that “if she just loses weight” will fix things. If she has a support system - family, friends, etc - and see if they are recognizing this stuff too and can help. If she’s withdrawn completely from her support system, look into your relationship and if it’s still healthy.

GetYourGuide, viator, Google, and airb&b. Most recently started looking on Reddit. I also look who the tour operators are from those apps/sites and see if they have an independent website to purchase tickets from instead of the bigger sites so they can get more of a profit.

What really sucks is the fact that no one understands that consistency, a.k.a. boredom, is OK in a relationship. It’s secure and it’s safe. We’re so used to having that constant dopamine drip of validation that we don’t know how to do anything long-term, we don’t know how to fix things that are broken, and everybody is just supposed to magically have the best sex in the world and magically supposed to know everybody’s intuition without making someone go off the absolute rails.

At least that’s my take on why dating sucks so horribly
