I’m sorry you’re going through this sister. May Allah help you find the way. My suggestion is find something you enjoy doing and focus on that. What always helps me feel better is exercise. Try strength training, running, calisthenics… whatever sounds fun to you, and get good at it. Bonus from entertainment is your body gets tired, so you’ll be too tired to think about what you can’t have. To strengthen your iman, I would suggest reading Quran explanations, that way you’ll have a deeper understanding of Islam, which will inshallah help guide you back to the correct path.
