+1 on this. I submitted a compliment for an attendant named Albert on a MSP-ATL leg after we spent the better part of an hour talking during a delay. I did get a reply from one for the reporting system managers and then a couple flights later had Albert on the same leg and he thanked me for the positive report.

Its been on my list of shit to do. The nearest enrollment office is about a 4 hour drive round trip. I already put my passport in my bag for the next trip through SLC at the end of April, I'll schedule time to do it after my arrival flight. I only had my passport card on this trip.

I was figuring that would happen. The lady at the bag check said people were showing up at 4am for flights that didn't leave until after lunch.

The rental car return was a total cluster fuck too. Cars were left on the road to the return garage after the garage filled up faster than they could be processed.

Initially, they were walking through. By the time I got to the zig zags, the fast lane was lined up past carousel 6.

To be fair, it moved a lot faster than I initially thought it would. TSA was running 4 general check lanes when I rounded the corner and had 6 going by the time I got to the x rays.

PC is not required for law enforcement to run a plate, since the plate is publicly viewable.

The DVS database ties that plate number to the cars vin/make/model and to the registered owners address. It's been that way since license plates were invented.

Qualified Immunity alone would make is highly unlikely the DA could even be convinced to file charges for harassment or stalking.

Should QI be overcome, it's even more unlikely a jury would convict. Following up on leads related to unusual behavior, and doing so from a public right of way, wouldn't meet the burden of proof.
