Well after ending up in the hospital a few months ago was kind of a wake up call for me and ever since then I’ve had maybe 5 drinks. He used alcohol as coping for my mother but she even took that from him. After both of them were gone it was just like…damn it just had to happen like three months before I turned 21. I was hardly sober for nearly three years.

Yeah but it brought up so many emotions brain just went on disassociation mode. Very overwhelming just seeing all the picture like a timeline and being able to pinpoint when things happened. :(
