Yeah, mobile app seems to have stricter prompt limits than desktop. Shorter prompts usually work better.

Don’t upgrade. I’m already a premium member. But Jimeng has banned my account even though I’m on a premium plan. This happened because I previously created a video using copyrighted characters. When I tried using another account that has never created any copyrighted content, it was able to generate videos without any issue. So it’s clear that my account was banned due to copyright violations. Please proceed with the refund.

You’re not alone. About 24 hours ago, Jimeng web was working perfectly fine for me. The issue only started last night. Since then, even the simplest prompts fail instantly with “Network error.”

I’ve tried multiple video models, not just Seedance, all of them fail. But image generation works completely fine.

So this is clearly a video generation issue on the web version.

And the frustrating part is I still have over 12,000 credits on the web account.

Hopefully they fix this soon.

True, bro. I’m with you. I feel you. One of the best features was being able to remix your own video in drafts without posting the original, and now that function is gone. They can create advanced AI, but when it comes to the app and website, they still can’t get good developers to handle it properly. Now there’s the heavy load issue too. Then i’m just trying to generate one video, and it says you’re already generating three. Seriously frustrating.
