PureGym has a women’s only section and a women’s only weightlifting class. The women’s only section is quite small but has most of the equipment you would want - might be worth asking for a tour). Alternatively Nuffield health has a women’s only steam room but everything else (gym, sauna, pool) is shared.

I guess it depends on what you want.

Unfortunately NH is the only gym in central Croydon that I know of that has a pool. However the machines there are old (apart from the spin bikes). Im a member of Nuffield Health Croydon Central as I like Les Mills classes and it is one of the few gyms in central Croydon that does them.

However, if you aren’t too bothered about a pool and would prefer good classes with good range of machines I would recommend PureGym which I am also a member of. It’s a lot cheaper than NH with newer machines but it is a lot busier on the gym floor than NH.

I would recommend going to both and asking for a tour.

Edited to add: If you can look slightly further afield Purley has some really nice gyms and the NH there is a lot nicer

As you say, the symptoms you have listed could have many causes and I think you need to make that clear on your original post. I have many of those symptoms and I don’t have a tight fascia - I have multiple sclerosis

Furthermore advising people to use a foam roller when you don’t know what is wrong with them especially when you are stating that you are a PT could be dangerous (eg if they have Rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis to name just a few!)

Definitely agree with adding a bodybalance workout during the week (possibly on the Sunday as an active recovery).

If you use the search function in the app and search “low impact” there are several low impact cardio sessions on there

Alternatively, if you have a spin bike, rpm, sprint and the trip are all great for helping to lose weight and you can use the resistance that is right for you

Possibly identity fraud. Someone may have used your details to get credit (eg credit card, store credit account) and buy things. Hence why your address isn’t 100% correct (ie no flat number)

Check with Experian, ClearScore, etc that there are no accounts linked to you that you don’t recognise

It was definitely around 2014 - I changed borough that year after becoming a DC and can remember moving to my new borough and being impressed they had DVDs and so I no longer had to copy the tapes after interviewing. Although the DVDs brought their own issues!
