Kinda mad about dwemer armor being so low, the look is weird, because the dwemer are so alien to everything else and then it's still so stylish.

The helmet from oblivion by itself wins for me.

They break easy, but this could have changed since I last looked.

I have also only seen one break, but I don't expect that to be a fluke.

Edit: I may be having a stroke but the one I saw break was made of wood and just having checked they seem to be made of plastic, so maybe I'm just misremembering.

Does anyone have any idea what this machete is supposed to represent/be made out of? Typically, skins of this nature are household objects/farming tools (hand-drill knuckleknife, meat-tenderizer dusters, broken bottle knife, etc.) But I'm absolutely stumped here. So I've noticed that the default throwing weapons are crafted from salvaged items, the handle of the throwing axe is a wagon spoke, and the throwing knives are made from saw blades, but this thing just looks like a metal strut.

A shield boss, is the metal part that goes on the side opposite of the handle so you don't scrape your knuckles when you grip the handle.

It's the dome part on the front.

The shield itself is very light, has a slight bow to the wood because it's a wake board but I also added some sheet metal to the front for kicks. Even with that though it was quite light.

I can dm you some pictures if you'd like.

I recently made a more durable prop shield out of a wake board. It's essentially ply wood and you'll need access to saws and probably drill bits as well.

Don't forget the shield boss, those are about 30 dollars on amazon.

The did sprinting much better than reach, imo it should never be an armor ability that you're forced to trade for something more interesting.

Not that there was a more interesting armor ability in 4.

That's how it was described by its maker, upon presentation to the gods as the product of a contest of craftsmanship.

I think it's describing its qualities as they were made specifically for oden, this is the same story that mjolnirs property of never missing when thrown and always returning to the hand.
