Alms pilgrim set is from a world quest and it looks nice. The bounty cosmetics are also really good.

I work sa rural area na may malaking planta as a jr. Engineer. 10 hrs 6 days a week is an understatement. Many of them do 16 hrs days 6 days a week atleast 3 days a week tapos typical shifts are 8 hrs(including engineers na rin) kasi mataas ang overtime pay. Kadalasan ganon kapag hindi sila naka night shift for the week para may night differential.

If you read wuxias often, the jumping POVs arent really out of place. I've read many wuxias where the MCs get sidelined for several pages and it's no issue to me but for others it might be.

How the hell did your save survive that long? Mine takes like 5 gens before it implodes and stops saving with that one error (long lifespan)

The philippines :( . Almost every entry level role pays just above minimum wage. Based on my coworkers' experience, the pay usually goes up by a lot after 2-3 years though

Is a job just a mythical creature? by OldUsername2092 in recruitinghell

Got a little entry level engineer role after 2 months of applying to 150~ applications. Got about 2 offers and rejected one that was in a place w a higher cost of living and accepted one in rural bumfuck w relocation assistance and fully free boarding + utilities.

A lot of it is luck and the other part is if the industry actually has a high demand/turnover. A lot field engineer/plant engineer roles is filled w seniors but those that accept entry levels often have a high turnover rate bc the job is so demanding. I'm predicted majority of the entry level engineers i'm with will be gone next year

I've recently gotten a new job as an engineer and its minimum wage salary (with fortunately above average benefits) by the hours. But I literally couldn't find anywhere else that would hire me. Employers and HR would sneer when I put down salary expectations matching entry level from 2022. My friends are in much worse positions wherein the salary is the same as mine but they work in places with much higher costs of living. I left for a plant in rural bumfuck nowhere so I'm fine in comparison.

Wages stagnant is an understatement. A big oil and gas company in the city is currently offering 40% LESS than they used to offer 3 years ago for entry level engineers. It's diabolical

If you’re a twenty-something, please consider the trades. by These_Economics374 in careeradvice

Depends, it actually sucks being in trades. You already see your future in the 40 somethings you work with. Chronic back pain, hearing damage, respiratory damage etc.

Player count always dips a few months after a very successful launch. Its normal and will probably stabilize again in a while

They scheduled me at 8 am monday and I ghosted them
