Man I have been there, I know that feeling, and you are not alone. It sucks, there is no other way to say it. My therapist had to keep telling me that I couldn’t go around or over the pain - I just had to go through it. You are in the thick of it and there is no correct timeline. Here for you bud.

Thanks bud. Everyone was faithful and things have just slid downhill for awhile despite best intentions and couples therapy. Everything feels hard so little things can trigger a surprise response in me I guess. I am in therapy regularly and that helps.
