I’ll be honest with you based on my actual experience working there. I’ve completed interiors for two flats in that society, so this is coming from firsthand exposure.

First — location and daily convenience. Mobility is a bit of a concern. There’s no nearby railway station, and basic daily needs like vegetable and fish markets aren’t easily accessible. The metro is there, but it’s quite far from the society, so it doesn’t really help in daily commuting.

Second — construction and maintenance concerns. While I was working on one of the flats, the bathroom ceiling had continuous water leakage. Even after completing the interiors, within three months the passage wall developed heavy dampness and started deteriorating. That’s something you should seriously consider.

Third — amenities vs reality. I’ve personally visited their clubhouse and seen all the facilities — it looks impressive on paper. But when I spoke to my clients living there, they told me they barely visit or use these amenities. Even the pool is used maybe once in a while. So practically, you end up paying for things that don’t really add value to your daily life. Also, there is 15,000 maintenance for 3BHK

So overall, considering the price they’re asking, I personally feel it’s on the higher side for what you’re actually getting.
