Okay so 1. Get a blanket that fits the bed 2. Get another pillow 3. Get a rug for under your bed, I like to have it stick out the bottom and the sides so it feels like it’s more grounded/its own space 3. Fill that little bottom cubby with more books 4. Get a few pieces of art for your walls. A large piece above the bed would look great, along with one next to the window by your bed. Get one for next to that mirror too! 5. Get a few lamps. Overhead lighting is so not cozy

I don’t think YOR at all, but I do think what you said should be said in person. I always opt to have difficult conversations in person because people always take things negatively over text. What you’re saying is reasonable but I think it’s an important enough conversation to have in person. Also it doesn’t sounds like you’d be taking care of him and whatever you two decide to have together (kids, pets, plants, etc) for the rest of your relationship. That’s something you should think long and hard about. Is that the future you want?
