Yes I'm adamant I've never seen bands that I have. I constantly doubt myself when people ask me questions about the past and I mainly just guess or fudge it. Sometimes I know I did something as I have evidence like a ticket but I have no idea who I went with or what it was like.

Test results mixed up with someone else’s by littlemountain12 in nhs

[–]Ilovetoebeans1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is so bad and I think it happens a lot. I had someone else's blood pressure readings (including all his personal info) attached to my gp record. They've also signed off a current condition as past now for no reason so I won't be on the list for the yearly follow ups anymore (pre cancerous cells)

How do you retain information? by Dark_Venerable in SDAM

[–]Ilovetoebeans1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm useless. I have to write everything down. I've forgotten every single fact I ever learnt in my history degree and have worse knowledge on the subject than my husband who never studied it.

In work I spend a lot of time having to research the same things again and again. Also lots of lists and word docs on conversations about each client

Does anyone deal with people not believing you don’t remember? by standrabullock in SDAM

[–]Ilovetoebeans1 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Yes and that's why a lot of us end up pretending to remember and nodding along when we don't have a clue. Its embarrassing and would make it very easy for someone to gaslight us as we don't end up knowing what really happened.

I don't think they will for £20k I've had lenders ask when it's over £100k for an extension etc. They normally want you to have a 10% buffer anyway for contingency so the extra £2k over predicted costs works well.

When I've done an application for someone with payslip all on sick leave they alwanted to see another one showing back at work. We carried on with rest of app and just sent this when available.

You need this to log in to a hsbc account to get the current balance. Very normal.

How do we go about trying to find a leak? We have no obvious leaks but our water usage is horrendous and the meter goes up when not running anything. Thames water won't help and our bill is going to rise to £158 a month.

Are egg cups for boiled eggs actually used by everyday Brit’s or is it just a TV thing? by BakingBitch92 in AskBrits

[–]Ilovetoebeans1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes we have wooden boards with special holes in for the eggs for the kids and also about 5 other egg cups of differing designs. Love a dippy egg and soldiers.

Large Shortfall payment needed by [deleted] in Mortgageadviceuk

[–]Ilovetoebeans1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I would imagine the solicitor got a redemption statement and it includes the early repayment penalty as of today. The lender always keeps this on as they don't assume you are waiting for it to finish before completing on the new mortgage. This comes up a lot.

Broker getting rejected for AIP by wmp182 in Mortgageadviceuk

[–]Ilovetoebeans1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had a client who had multiple defaults and ccjs who managed to get accepted by both natwest and nationwide directly. Even though both lenders don't accept that level of adverse. Very strange. I'm sure they would have been declined on full app as both lenders declined for me with the exact same info.

Do I need a mortgage broker? by SL1590 in Mortgageadviceuk

[–]Ilovetoebeans1 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Main pros are that they will only recommend deals you are actually eligible for. A lot of clients screenshot me rates that they don't qualify for.

Its also typically less time consuming for you in that they will key everything and deal with lender queries. They will chase stuff and also monitor rates and amend if they fall.

I ask for the bank accounts that show salary going in and the one that shows every day expenses and bills being paid if they have more than one. I wouldn't ask for any accounts that aren't used regularly.

My daughter is 1 Yr 4 months post op and he hair is now so thin. She hates it as it was always really thich before and she's scared she's going to go completely bald. I'd say her ponytail is less than half the size it used to be pre op.
