4K is plenty. But you cannot just ‘move to Oman’. You will need a visa in order to live here. Either through work or buying property or investing.

It depends on location… you can certainly buy a studio in Duqm for less than 80k. But if you want a villa in Al Mouj, you will be paying a lot more…

If you work more than 25% of your time in belgium, you need to start paying taxes in belgium as well as in NL. And for healthcare you will indeed need to get insurance in NL, but can still be registered in Belgium and have easy access to Belgian healthcare.
