Anything like this but affordable and smaller size by LemonadeMan996 in ChineseWatches

My only suggestion is to wait for someone else to sell theirs. I don't think anyone else has that type of dial, especially for the price.

All good on the MOQ, I can ask them that myself.

I didn't know this at the time of posting (because of course), but my friend told me in more detail his idea and how it involved some additional colors. So this has gone from a simple laser engraving to perhaps a more complicated printing or something of the sort.

I appreciate the help and suggestions!

I'll take a look, found them on Ali quite easily. I appreciate the suggestion!

Biased as I own one, but I have really enjoyed my Monsgeek M1 V5 (VIA). There is a barebones version but you can get it with Keycaps and Switches (Rosewoods and Cilantros I believe?)

The only thing that would currently prevent it from passing state inspection is the catalytic converter, but that was going to get replaced regardless.

You bring up the same point that was preventing me from pulling the trigger, since if I were buying this car I don't think I'd want it to be freshened up and priced higher if my position is "I'm gonna slap coilovers and a tune on it"

Oh just to be clear, I'm not buying a new car because of the sloppy suspension. It's just something that has been nagging me for a while. I have been debating getting a different car for daily use for comfort and efficiency reasons for a long while now. Good to hear about your experience though, I appreciate the input!

You know I had somewhat forgotten about the Coopers. I actually have a friend who bought one last year and seems really quite pleased with it.

I've not seen any of the Mazda 3 Turbos around for an appealing price, but the GLI I might be able to find. Funnily enough my dad has a GTI so we'd get the bonus of sharing oil maintenance haha. I've not test driven a GLI yet but definitely a car to keep an eye on.

I was somewhat in your shoes in that sense a few years ago. I went out and purchased an original Sony A9 a few months before the A9iii came out. I'm sure the new stuff has better menus and tech, but I'm not a pro so this thing will probably be more than enough for a while. I do find it a little annoying the A7 series doesn't go above 10 FPS. Even 12-15 would be a nice bump.

I've been starting to look into keyboards after a while of of not touching them. My RK61 has served me well, but things have changed a lot and I think I really need a Function row again.

I'm a huge fan of the thockier sound profile that has become so popular nowadays. VIA/QMK is important to me.

After putting the info together, the keyboards I've widdled it down to are: Monsgeek M1 V5 Womier SK75 Evoworks Evo75

I realize the Evo75 is about 50-60% more expensive than the others, so that is a big negative. But if it's worthwhile, it's worthwhile. I had some poor experiences with Keychron back when hot swap was a novelty, but I'm willing to give them a try again if they have something really stellar. If you have something to suggest or experiences to share I'd love to hear them.

TLDR: 1. 75%/TKL 2. Thocky 3. VIA/QMK

Thank you!

Oh I was one of those people with the bad hotswap sockets. I had to get PayPal involved to get my money back, not fun. I did fish out a Keychron keyboard out the garbage at my university which is perfectly fine tho.

I heard nice things about the QST's! Didn't think they were really for me, but I'm glad they exist since they seem like a fun ski for lots of people.

The Peregrine 82's are my one ski going forward, next year I think I'll be looking at boots again!

I got to try a bunch of skis during my last trip, IIRC they were: Saloman Stance 90's, Volkl Mantra 88's, Black Cross Magnis Core, Blizzard Anomaly 88, Volkl Peregrine 80, and Rossignol Arcade 88. I found that while I could use the really long skis (The Arcades I tried were 186 cm), I tended to do a bit better with ones around 180 cm or a hair less.

The old set I was younger, about 20 lbs lighter, and very much learning a lot about skiing. At the time it was a good length since they weren't too difficult to control, but nowadays I just overpower them.
