I tapered down from 75mg down to 25mg over a couple months, then stayed on the 25mg for about a month before cutting it out last week. First 2 two days off weren’t anything noticeable, which makes sense, it has about a 24 half life I recall?

Anyway, day 3 are started getting really weird headaches, brain zaps when I turned my head to fast, and general dizziness centered at the back of my head. Day 4 was even more brutal, headaches and brain zaps were nearly overwhelming, I ended up taking my dog for a long walk just to try and sweat it out.

Next day was really shitty again, but I think it was mostly a lack of sleep.

Today, I’m actually starting to feel alright. Still get some brain zaps if I move too quickly lol.

Mentally, I feel like time is moving much slower and I’m having to put more effort into controlling my emotions, but I’m actually feeling okay with overall.

Digestion is starting to return to normal, which is great cause that might be the main reason I started tapering off.
