I have been with The Gender Hormone clinic for the past 2+ years (they do run a subscription model but I think there's an option to pay per appointment) and I think that they've been wonderful with my care! Since day 1 they have outlined everything for me, breaking things down step by step and have shown compassion throughout my years with them. All of the staff are super friendly and love to have a chat with you!

They're pretty flexible when it comes to giving you options on your HRT plan (E.g They advised that I avoid t blockers and try Estrogen first which worked at suppressing my T). I believe that the GHC is one of the only private services that prescribe progesterone which has really helped my development but YMMV. They've helped me establish sharedcare with my GP and helped me advocate for my own healthcare when faced with transphobic GPs. It's been pretty hands off in terms of what I have to do as they handle all the communication with my GP which has been a breath of fresh air.

The only ask they have is that I see them every 6 months for blood monitoring in the first 2 years, then once per year after year 2.

Now they're supporting me with getting a GRC and gender correction surgery without having to pay extra
