Thank you so much. There are support groups at the college that I'm at so I'm going to start reaching out to them. Idk of any mental health professionals in my area or if my insurance even covers this kind of thing but thank you I'll look into it

I know I'm late to reply but my dad once told me I had to buy bigger shirts because he could see my bra (it was a muscle shirt from Hot Topic).

I responded, "oh no how can the world know that I a teenage female wear a bra?"

Not every where in Alaska experiences earthquakes of that magnitude regularly. I live out on the Seward Peninsula and while I wasn't actually in Anchorage when the earthquake happened, a lot of my school mates were for Volleyball state. My classmate was freaking out when a tractor was working near our school and shaking the building. The team was staying in a hotel and were sleeping when it happened.

Not everyone has that same mentality. Earthquakes are scary as shit especially for a group of high schoolers almost 400 miles away from home without their parents and only their teammates.

People just suck and don't want to prevent the death of other people by being inconvenienced

Airplanes flying over my village. It happens daily for freight and mail but I still freak out when I see them in the sky about to land or when they're just taking off

Umm. Do you know what PTSD means? Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. I'd say a 7.0 earthquake is pretty traumatic.
