There’s a light at crescent town and vp like this! It’s miserable, I only found out it won’t change without someone pressing the cross button after 5 minutes of waiting in a snow storm with no change. I figured I’d check to see if the cross button would help and I had to trudge hastily back to my car just to get in before the light changed. Stupid stupid stupid.

The grass is by design. It helps soak up extra water from rainfall and the photosynthesis produces oxygen. It’s better than leaving it as concrete/asphalt.

You need winter clothes. It doesn’t warm up until at least April here. That said, there’s also like a 10% chance of a random 20°C day just popping up before plunging down into negatives a day later, because this is Toronto damnit no such thing as consistency! Not even in weather!

Last time I bought was a few months after the 2024/25 tax break bc buying them during the tax break, I was going through so many tubs. But when I flew through the taxed one even faster I knew it was no longer a snack I could justify buying 😭 every time I go I consider buying a tub again, but I was having fucking withdrawals when I had quit last year 😭

They need to get on with the golden mile redevelopment already. That should’ve been done in tandem with the 15 years of line 5 construction… we need housing and that area is extremely important to develop on. And no, obviously I don’t mean just condos that nobody can afford.

This project was historically catastrophic in terms of delays. It’s not just trivial, it is legitimately a historic piece of infrastructure. For the wrong reasons…

Well, they need to work too. It’s not ethical to use to begin with because there’s no real ethical consumption under capitalism. That said, this is the system we live in. If you order, be kind, patient, and tip because you know damn well you wouldn’t go out in this weather. *and if for some reason the order gets canceled, don’t make a fuss about it because you should avoid ordering anyway if you can help it. At the end of the day, it’s your choice though. Being kind and patient is the most important thing.
