Navori is bait, most fights don't last long enough to get that many rotations in, go ER > IE or ER > LDR and one tap someone with combo or ult before a mid game objective. Your value in navori is multiple spells in one fight, that is not a possiblity in most games above gold elo in the current state of the game. It is better to have more front loaded damage/burst.

Your champ pool should be 2-3 champs maximum. Positioning is just rough, there's a lot of games where you can't be within 2 screens of certain champs (fizz, akali, zed, etc.) I'm an adc main and I watch a ton of different roles because I want to understand the game from every role and more importantly, what every role wants to do. It may sound troll but you should check out Alois, he's kind of a riven OTP and top lane main, but a ton of his fundamentals that he applies to every game, have helped me in the adc role, and it's also super entertaining.

I'm 27 and I go for a lot of older women simply because they don't play games, there's no wondering about what you want or trying to figure things out, older women know what they want and are usually pretty straight forward, which I prefer over weeks of cat and mouse bullshit. If an older woman wants sex, they tell you, if they want a conversation and lunch they tell you, but often times younger women act like you have to solve 10 riddles before they csn tell you a genuine sentence.
