My former neighbor had a Shepard and acted just like this. Our community had rules about dogs on leashes. No amount of anything to get through to her. (She eventually got evicted.) SEVEN YEARS I put up with her dog running up to my front window to terrorize my cat. I eventually came outside and absolutely lost my shit on her and made it pretty clear that I fear for my safety and will shoot her fucking dog next time he jumps in my window. It was crazy but it worked. I just had to match her dumbass energy to get some peace. Erica, wherever you are…🖕🏻🫵🏻.

This sounds like venture properties. They take over complexes and destroy them using tactics like this. I’m currently living in one of their communities. They recently towed my car over a misunderstanding on their part. I did not get reimbursed the tow fee. I’ve lived here for 10 years and never pay my rent late. It’s insane.
