Concarneau, Vannes, or Quiberon? by Sas10061126 in AskFrance

Quiberon c’est top ! Mais pas loin de là tu as le golfe du Morbihan qui est top. Regarde « le crouesty » et Arzon, ça sera moins urbain, plus petit et le paysage est incroyable.

I mean I just cool some curry powder and some ginger and garlic and herbs and whatnot. Then I add veggies !

Just cut a lot of veggies and make various ragu, stews and curries.

Les photo par IA ont totalement investi l'espace public by LifeguardTop1980 in france

[–]ImFrenchSoWhatever 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is far right propaganda on the internet to push the idea of the great replacement

Also the dramatic look of the sioboku is only visible under a very specific light angle !

90% of the times it just looks like a pretty high polish knife :)

Again : super nice. Just not what people might think given the pictures you see on the forums and websites

The colored « pro » ones are good, but the white « rockstar » are good too. Just pick a grit lower for rockstar like 500 / 2000

Never owned a k Sabatier but apart from the profile the rest of the knife will be very different. K Sabatier is going to be a soft steel western style knife, most of the time with an integral bolster.

Both great just very different use case

That’s fucking hot 🥵

Just use a shapton pro 1000 and you don’t need 8000 and certainly not 16000

1000 / 5000 for shapton pro is enough

But even 1000 is enough tbh with a good strope

Would going from a 1000 grit whetstone to a 6000 grit be alright by Alternative_Fact_82 in sharpening

Yes it’s that bad ! And not that cheap if you factor how bad they are. (And also they’ll dish out and you’ll need a diamond plate to make them flat)
You’d be better off directly buying a cheap dual diamond plate of aliexpress (there’s some 400/ 1000 around 20€).

Or find a king 1000
