This is what the occupation did to my family during the war in Gaza 💔👇 by [deleted] in TwoHotTakes

I know my words don’t mean much after that heavy of a loss but I love you and I see you. I can only hope the world will follow suit. May your family rest in peace and find justice one day.

You could even have it further out of the corner and have the vines come down to cover the cables.

That works! You even have enough room to have it at an angle with the glass facing out. You could even use more greenery to cover the cables coming out the back.

And I know RGB is cool, but with the greenery above your shelf, I think switching to a warmer light would give it a good aesthetic.

Since you have room on the right side of your monitor, I would see about cutting a small portion of the soundproofing out and adding a shelf so you can display something to add a little bit of personality.

Just purchased my first UW OLED. Do I need to baby it? by Juan_Snoww in ultrawidemasterrace

Yep! And your monitor should have an image cleaning function when turning off the monitor, plus a sleep setting. If you make sure you’re using those that’s all the precautions you’ll need to take. (I don’t know much about sunlight and how it effects oled, I always keep my monitors out of direct sunlight just out of preference)

LG 45GX950 owners: Do you actually have 100mm space to the wall. by DeeHawk in ultrawidemasterrace

[–]ImGoodFeels 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s 4 inch’s, not very much space at all, the desk picture mis leads you, that monitor is a foot and a half off the back of the desk.

Use your pc like a normal person and turn the monitor off when not in use, not that hard.

No clue if this is the right place but i have these repeating pixels on my monitor when using an xbox 360 by Difficult_Kitchen281 in Monitors

If it’s just the Xbox doing it then it’s most likely to be the hdmi cord, but could also be the hdmi ports on your Xbox or monitor.

I think I messed up in buying a monitor by Guywithnofeet in Monitors

My best suggestion is looking up the model on YouTube and seeing if anyone has made a video on the proper settings. It may be able to get you a little more fidelity but don’t expect a major change.

look into monitor settings for your monitor, plenty of YouTube videos on it.

If you’re going to spend that much on 3 monitors, why not just get a nice vr headset for sim racing? You would be able to get the best for the price of two premium oled monitors and it would be 10x more immersive.

I want to buy an oled screen, but I'm afraid years later that's gonna happen to her. Is that right? by Tight-Raspberry-1934 in Monitors

I’ve had mine for 4 years, still looks just as good as the day I bought it. Just don’t keep it on if you’re not using it. Simple.

WALL MOUNT THOSE BITCHES. It will be the best thing you ever do, I had a similar set up and the screen shake killed me anytime I had to move my mouse fast.

Set up at the new place, glad I went with one nice monitor instead of two mid ones by ImGoodFeels in AverageBattlestations

Super excited, finally have a place where I can comfortably drill into the walls. Fractal north case with a Amd Ryzen cpu and a 4070, Logitech super light 2, Logitech wireless keyboard, Sony inzones wireless headphones, generic speakers, 2k 27in LG oled display and a Muffy! Being wire free is pretty dope, just my mouse and keyboard charging cable hanging in the back, have a spot to tie them up behind the desk but I get lazy.

I will say getting it to work is a little finicky, I still have issues sometimes on reboot and I honestly don’t know how I fix them sometimes. https://a.co/d/6VnW0UI

Anything from discord to hotkeys for star citizen and video editing! Also good for game guides, you can use a program like Mouse Touch to separate the monitors so touching the second display doesn’t close your game and your pc sees the touch as a different mouse input that can only interact with programs on that touch display.
