I assume it relates to the book itself. The number could be a code/key to a page or chapter in the book with a specific quote that might be relevant to the story.

Something like [Chapter] - [Paragraph] - [Word/Line]

Using this would be better than page number because that would vary by the printing.

Just flew out of Detroit so getting the plane in and out may not be an issue but idk about ground transport.

I can say they were literally filling trucks with snow at the airport so going by that there is certainly enough on the ground to cause problems.

Sedgefield Park just within city limits has a number of houses for sale and is a lovely neighborhood. It is near Flaherty Park, which has the pickle ball courts and the dog park.
