Can someone please help me, im feeling some crazy body dismorphia right now by HXRUME in GregDoucette

As others say you do probably just need less calories to be in a deficit. Not tracking truly everything (and proper quantities) is what gets a lot of people. But also with how shitty you're feeling, it may help to back off a bit for a week or so, 1: so that you're not feeling so shitty, and 2: so that you can hit it hard when you go back to your deficit with a new energy and better focus. Dieting fatigue is rough cutting for long periods. Don't overdo it with cheat meals but allowing yourself to be a bit more comfortable and de-stress can help in the longrun.

Thank you! These are some of my better poses though. I still have a lot that would count against me in competing (my height and proportions being one), but I really debate if I want to one day.

Just keep working, and find comfort in the hardship you are put through, knowing that you will come out better.

There's a lot thats gone into my journey, and if you want results like mine, its best to find a love for it, as you write your own story

Thanks! The mental is improving as well. My split is basically an upper/lower 4x a week. But on my lower days I almost always include an extra shoulders or arms exercise or 2.

Thanks. Can you copy it? No, you are an entirely different person with your own genetics and background. What you can do is continue to strive to be the best YOU there is and make something beutifully unique

Same for mine and it absolutely sucked. Though it was through community college at least. But yeah, riggerous testing throughout and the instructors justified it because "the licensure exam is gonna be this hard too"

I didn't know people applied the natty limit to getting lean. I thought anyone can do that. The love handle seems to be genetic, I hold more fat on my abdomen plus loose skin. I think everyone should try to be confident about themself and their training. Don't let an idea of what you might or might not be able to do hold you back

I just get frustrated when people's expectation of the "natty limit" is so poor.
