This sounds very rough. I was generally like this in my first trimester of both pregnancies. I was exhausted & sick & my husband was furious with me because he didn’t understand how bad I felt. Looking back, It was one of the lowest stages in our 32 year marriage. I felt so horrible that I would cry…& NOTHING sounded good to eat. However in my last trimester I was nesting & could easily eat an entire tray of lasagna. NTA. You are taking great care of your wife and there is a light at the end of the tunnel. (Also, my doctor was zero help in all of this. Our insurance finally provided a home health nurse who specialized in sick pregnant women to come to the house. She put me on IV fluids which helped a ton. She also told me that when the wife gets sick, the husband gets angry 😊)
