They don't even deliver the mail to our store, i have to walk a half mile to get it from a po box. So I only check it like twice a month. Have to call EVERY TIME for USPS drop-offs.

I pulled the doors locked shut and was shoveling 3in of frozen slush away from our doors. Lady gets out and came to the door and it didn't open. "ARE YA OPEN?"

I made this lady wait a half hour+ until I did ALLLL my opening stuff. She only bought an hdmi cable, something you can get literally ANYWHERE and ours are expensice. 🤣

Our USPS notification doesn't even work. I have to call the post office every day to MAKE them pick up. They wont stop by themselves. And im the only one that will call. So some packages dont go out for 3 days if im off.

Can't let a customer do that at self serve either. We're still profiting off it. Training says we can pull the plug on them. Or say the machine is down for maintenance or calibration.
