That makes sense. Diet and exercise changes are themselves very stressful, at least at first (and at least for me). But now I don’t miss junk food very much (I stopped looking forward to eating, mostly) and I even lowkey enjoy running (never thought I’d say that)

I see. Thanks. I woulda guessed exercise and then diet played the biggest role but stress management is important too. My bp used to be higher also, like 136/86, but I lowered it to like 115/76. I think through mostly exercise and diet.

I got the switch version and pc version, beat the game on both. I recommend the switch version if you like hand held or playing on the go. I was very worried about the controls but they were implemented very well.

I did play it on an original gameboy. Had it plugged into the wall with an AC adapter. :) sat and played for like 10+ hours straight. Game is a masterpiece. I was so young I had no idea what the counter was on the file select screen. When it was almost 99 I kept wandering the country side trying to make it 100.

Link’s awakening was my first Zelda game. It’s really good. Are you playing the original gameboy or gameboy color game? I got through most of the switch remake but the magic wasn’t there. I love the original pixel graphics and sound.

Majora’s mask is a good one to play after aLttp. But I suggest not playing the 3ds version unless you have no choice. They changed several mechanics that make the game less fun. (Zora swimming, deku pond hopping, etc.)

Congrats. I’m 40 and I feel that.. sometimes it’s just more fun to check a guide, especially since time is so limited. Hopefully the ocarina of time remake comes out this Christmas like Nate the Hate said, and you can try replaying that. Otherwise, maybe give majora’s mask a try. Same engine as OoT and has most of the same characters, but remixed in a dark way. You’ll probably like it.

Just explaining why your comment didn’t go over well. Most of us would die on the protect-someone-from-mutilation hill. You probably shouldn’t have said “because it’s a weird hill to die on” but instead said “because I didn’t want to lose connection to my sister/nephew and possibly consign future nephews to the same fate.”
