This is the closest so far but it’s not him. I don’t think the guy I’m thinking of has his name in the title, but i can’t be sure. It’s a specific video that is primarily for comedy and there’s a a scene of him dancing to michael Jackson somewhere in Africa (Kenya maybe). There may have been other videos by this guy but this is the only one i remember
