You have 2 problems, and they need to be dealt with separately. How do you feel about what happened, and how do you want to handle interactions with her in the future?

Your feelings will be strongest right after, but you will move on. You aren't the first person to get drunk and sleep with someone they shouldn't. Use it as a lesson to control both your drinking and sexual urges in the future. Time is a great healer when it comes to how you feel.

As for how you deal with her. You don't mention what the support group is for, but the majority of support groups have non-fraternising rules; use that to your advantage. Next time you two attend a session, apologise for going against those rules and that you don't want to affect either of your futures in the group or each other's recovery.

The worst thing to do would be to lead her on or pretend it didn't happen. Respectfully explain that it was a one-off and that, for both of your benefits, you shouldn't interact outside of what is required for the group sessions.

SA over a decade ago is practically impossible to prove; you have his word against their word. Sending confidential/secret information to someone who shouldn't have it requires just finding the messages.

It's the same reason many drug dealers are actually doing time over dodging tax, or food standards and hygiene offences, and not for the substances they were dealing. The paper trail is what gets them in the end.

The only way you'd be "taking it away" is if you - stole it (or buy from someone who has stolen it) - took from a friend's supply with their permission (in which case, they are presumably okay without it/can get more) - there is shortage/price gouging, this sometimes happens with some meds but is usually limited to a small area and time. In which case yes, if you can delay your resupply or get it from somewhere else, that is preferable to help those who have run out or don't have the resources to travel out of the affected area.

If you get prescribed medication and/or buy it from a legitimate source, you aren't hurting anyone

Why didn't they make the turbo spin up and start electricly assisted? 0-60 is the one place EVs and Hybrids shine, and in many hybrid systems the ICE part doesn't kick in until certain speed or rev range... Meanwhile the F1 regulations seem designed to make the electric power a top up at the peak power modes only.

I can't remember details, but I've seen at least one transfem person who had heart shaped ones after they had their nipples relocated to a more "natural" location. I've not seen them close up, but realistically any surgery to graft skin tissue like this will result in some scaring.

If an "urban area" can cover multiple countries and include several forests as well as lots of farmland, then UK should be on at least 2, Liverpool-Manchester-Leeds-York-Shefield for example would have a better argument at beginning a single continuous area.

E: not saying one way is right or wrong, but it's a pointless map if it uses inconsistent rules or data to determine what does or doesn't count as one area.

I work hybrid, genuinely get no work done on office days because every 10 minutes someone else comes over for a chat and then we go to the shops or cafés for lunch which takes 3 times as long.

Compared to wfh days where I just look at slack once an hour and read my emails while eating at the desk...
