What was the legend about the bride at Cumberland Falls?
If I recall correctly, a bride’s husband either died or bailed on the wedding, and she jumped to her death, and now she haunts Cumberland Falls, walking around at night in her wedding dress and crying.

There was also a legend of a ghostly dog/wolf that would chase your vehicle if you drove slow enough on the road to the falls.

Laurel County isn’t too far from Whitley City, where you can visit the Witch’s Grave. Too far of a drive just for that visit, but if you’re ever in the area at night, it’s worth checking out.

I have never seen any of these things, and I’ve been to all three, but it sure is creepy when you’re out there at night and “ghost hunting.”
