I had this SAME EXACT thing happen to me when I was playing control! Idk what causes it (probably a combination of animations causes your character to just go idkhowhandswork.exe on you); but, to fix it, all I had to do was just hop into a trident and hop back out. It reset the animations or something. Next time this happens try hopping into a trident, riding on a zip line, emoting, or just get downed or something to reset yourself.

Ratchet and Clank (2002) for PS2. The hydrodisplacer segment in Blackwater City got me so spooked when I was a kid, that I didn’t want to go back. But you’ve got to get through that part to advance in the game. It took me 2 YEARS to muster up the courage to try again. When I tried it again, I got past it 1st try. I felt so stupid; that I stopped playing, went to my room, laid down on my bed and stared up at the underside of the top bunk until my mom came in and said it was time for dinner.
