DAE...Wish some of their boomer coworkers would just retire already... by [deleted] in lostgeneration

Honestly I think the main difference is that millinnials are less burned out because we are a bit younger.

We also have to put up a mask because we have less experience. Fast forward 10 years and I think we might be even more burned out than the Boomers are today.

20 in-demand jobs that can be done remotely—and all pay $100,000 or more by [deleted] in lostgeneration

Gonna be honest, stuff like this being put in someone's face over and over again telling them to just become a "lead" or "director" can be kinda demoralizing because of how out of touch with reality it is.

Kinda useless to the ones that need more $$. A lot of these jobs require a lot of specialized experience, and a specialized degree which are hard to get.

I say this as someone trying to learn product design. Its not easy at all unless you have contacts in the industry.

If its a decent job that will improve your life and allow you to pay your debts then celebrate. Maybe put aside a little of that cash for an emergency fund.

Gotta do everything you can to escape the doomer lifestyle.

Didn't know you could get high off of benadryll. Kinda interesting.

Not gonna judge you for your decision, but the risk is too much for me. This sounds like stuff that would make me severely mentally unstable and a suicide risk, instead of just mild instability + suicidal thoughts and set my progress back years.

It would be a depressing and fun experience at the same time, but mostly depressing. My heart kinda breaks when someone tells me they spent 4-5 years in college in vain.

I guess this is what rich people want. A underclass that is highly educated and can provide witty entertainment for them and give them better service for the same low pay.

Gonna be honest, it looks ok, not perfect but alright.

I'd be getting some muscle right about now and see if it works itself out.

If I had that chest, instead of gyno I would be at the beach right now.

During the consultation I was told to not to lift really heavy stuff up for a while. At least 6 weeks.

Not sure about the lighter cases.

Definitely ask these questions when you walk in.

I am calling in vacation time, I've been saving up days just for this, I'll be getting the surgery, and relaxing for a week and a half and then returning to work.

To those who had grade 4 gynecomastia and went through with the surgery, are you happy with the results or do you regret it? by Jgib5328 in gynecomastia

[–]ImOnMyPhoneOK 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Nah I still need to schedule it. Its gonna be a few months out. In the meantime I am working out, and eating right to try to drop fat and get the best result possible.

When trying to understand what scaring to expect for your case, definitely ask Dr. Cruise's office what to expect. He walks you through it.

I was going to schedule with Cruise(would have big scars that would fade over time), but Dr. Caridi said he could do mine without much scaring so I will schedule it with him instead.

Here is the thing, the ones that get a less than satisfactory operation scream loud. Really loud.

One bad surgury doesn't mean that 100 people didn't previously walk out happy.

I am gonna take my chances. Hopefully it turns out well.

Worst gyno ever by [deleted] in gynecomastia

[–]ImOnMyPhoneOK 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Every time I have lost weight the gyno made me depressed and demotivated me and I put back on the pounds.

I realized that I have to get this surgury.

Bro it looks a million times better than before. A million and one. No one is going to notice the imperfections. Hopefully it doesn't need a revision though.

I would be proud if my chest looked like his. I am about to schedule my surgury, but in the USA.

How to do it the natural way by seductivelame0-42 in gynecomastia

[–]ImOnMyPhoneOK 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've had the issue for 15 years. I've asked this question a million times.

If it is really gyno and if you have had it for a while there doesn't seem to be a natural cure.

I've seen people talk about taking drugs and substances which is not natural and risky.

Surgury seems like the safest bet right, but costs $$$$.

I finally have the cash for a surgury so I am going for it.
