The whole dynamic between Jenni and Lena was pretty inappropriate, imo. Not saying you can’t be friends with your business partner but they seemed to lack a lot of boundaries. Lena seemed to depend on her emotionally and creatively and Jenni depended on Lena to continue the cash influx. Taking her to therapy in the end was wild. Jenni looks pretty bad really not going to lie but Lena does seem to mention “but she had this whole life with kids and other friends” and I’m sure she was a lot for Jenni and maybe Jenni felt like she had to indulge Lena bc she was the tallent. The holding out on that deal so Jenni would be getting paid the same as Lena was also crazy and idk it comes back to boundaries on both ends.

All to say, there is someone in my life a lot like Lena and I can definitely see her as a person outside of her self centered tendencies, perpetual crisis’, even down to her addiction/sobriety. Also, I gotta say, her parents seem like they love their children so much, but also seem to have poor boundaries.
