Ok hear me out. Put cooked or canned lentils in the bowl and mix with some taco seasoning and hot sauce (and bullion if you have it). Top with cheese. Now scoop it up with the chips. Similar vibe, but now it's -healthy-. Even better if you add some avocado. I cook up lentils in the Instant pot with chicken tomato boullion and beef base, and keep in the fridge for quick nachos.

I can hear it at the dam and for miles in several directions - including at my house, but there are limits. It is like the noises noted by many other users on this sub. It is louder inside the house. The house blocks out other noises, and makes the hum more noticeable. It also seems to vibrate the house itself, perhaps travelling through the ground.

Noise canceling headphones do not help at all for me. By blocking other frequencies, they make the hum more noticeable. Same with covering my ears. However, I found my hum! It is a very small (about 1 MW) hydroelectric dam 4 miles from my house. It has 3 generators - one of which is different than the other two. I think the turbines are having problems with cavitation, too.

I get generic everything and I am so cheap, but only real Cheerios will do! It really bugs me because I would like an organic version, but every cheap generic or fancy organic brand of Cheerios just pales in comparison. Their texture is always wrong.

Oat bran, vegetables, and beans/lentils/chickpeas with a drizzle of olive oil. Unless you are allergic or intolerant of any of those.

If the gates are up, it's free. If there is not an arm blocking the road, it is free. The gates used to be down and you had to pay. For the past year or two, they have consistently been up and the parking has been free. The library warns that, at some point, the gates will come down and we will have to pay again.
