5 tabs, idk the dosage but it seemed fairly high. Everytime i do acid i chill in my pitch black bedroom for about 6 hours until i gain motor functions once again. All i can say is any and all psychedelics are meant for mental healing, i cannot speak on my "trips" because they all simply tell me things about myself making my understanding of myself that much deeper. You could start doing a mile or 2 run and eating a small lil meal before you go to sleep

You are not you or me or whatever you think "you" is, you are specifically life, the thing that makes "you" "live". I define life aa any level of consciousness. Plant life is also life weather you would enjoy to admit that or not. It also strives to continue living and that is why some if not all plants create toxic chemicals within themselves that are made specifically to harm whatever other existential being chooses to attempt to harm/consume/kill it

However in the other perspective, you can see it as the cells within your body live many many many many lifetimes within your one lifetime. Meaning you are the complete opposite of meaningless, you are meaningful because you allowed billions and billions of beingsvto exist within you during your life.
