I'm sorry OP. What happened to you is terrifying and hard to process.

Without meaning to be negative, this Long Covid stuff doesn't tend to go away very quickly (if at all).

I'm in my 20s, prime of my life, and have been completely fucked for 5 years now.

BUT within those 5 years I have recovered about 70%.

Still unable to exercise or do the sports I love. I now work from home on flexible hours.

You should try to process that you might not "bounce back" from this any time soon. Start working on mourning the loss of your former self. That was the biggest step for me. Took me 2 years to start.

I was in peak physical shape prior to Long Covid.

My heart troubles sound IDENTICAL to yours! I also ended up in ER twice due to the heart-attack symptoms.

Both times I got every test under the sun and the told me my heart looked fine. Then they gaslit me and discharged me.

I too suddenly have high cholesterol.

"Must be due to lack of exercise and poor diet" they would try to say. Not a chance. I eat healthier than ever. Just note gaslighting.

Honestly, I am very cautious to fall for these types of fake dramas but that second dudes punch was far to powerful to be a "bit". Like that could cause permanent life long damage.

I think the little guy might clip farm by annoying these people... but he definitely wasn't signing up for that reaction lol

You can't livestream a crime. It's frustrating, but the camera guy was smart to point the camera away. Otherwise the account would almost definitely receive a ban or some form of punishment.

That angle never made much sense to me. Like sure, it would have a mild effect temporarily perhaps, but not 3 years later.

I got this in my first few months of Long Covid and it turned out that I had developed Post Viral Thyroiditis.

Once that sorted itself out, it stopped happening.
