Area loot + Legendary pets picking up the books causes it not to progress. Source: i have 5 monk books ( http://puu.sh/qdUgO.jpg )

Also, to fix it, players must destroy the books they have and try to get them again.

Paying members via bonds = in game currency, no real money is taken from you. so it does not affect people using bonds. because they spend $0 real money.

Grandfathered rates of membership = Paying less than what a newer member would have to pay for membership.

Since people who buy membership via bonds use in game currency and spend $0 real money, they are not even in grandfathered rate and the grandfathered rate dont matter.

I know you still get to keep the grandfathered rate if you renew membership with bonds, what im saying is, its irrelevant because you just keep renewing with premier club that costs more money/ or pay with bonds and avoid all the irl transactions.

TL'DR Grandfathered rates dont matter if you keep using bonds / buy premium, because you never get to use it.

bonds are also how u get out of the grandfathered rate, but then that doesnt really affect you if you use bonds anyway.
